Flexible Entry Requirements for the Falcon Work-Based Diploma in Hotel Management and Operation
The Falcon Work-Based TVET Diploma in Hotel Management and Operation recognizes the diverse backgrounds and experiences of its applicants. To encourage inclusivity and provide opportunities for a wide range of students, the program offers flexible entry requirements.
Standard Entry Requirements:
Academic Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent (SPM, O-Levels, etc.).
- Applicants without a high school diploma may be considered based on relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
Work Experience:
- Applicants with relevant industry experience (at least 1-2 years) in hospitality, tourism, or customer service may qualify for entry even if they do not meet the formal academic requirements.
- Mature students with 3+ years of work experience in related fields may also be eligible.
Language Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in English is required for all applicants. However, students with limited proficiency may be considered for conditional admission with additional language support provided during the program.
- Knowledge of Korean is not required but will be an advantage for the South Korea internship phase.

- RPL can be applied to waive certain modules or reduce the study duration based on previously acquired skills and knowledge.
