Level 4 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources (603/1573/8)

The ABE Level 4 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources consists of four core mandatory, three mandatory, and one specialist mandatory units. There are no optional units in this qualification. To be awarded the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management learners must achieve a minimum of a Pass in all units.

The total Guided Learning Hours (GLH) is 600 hours

The Total Qualification Time (TQT) is 1200 hours

The credit value is 120

The objectives of the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources are as follows:

Who is it for?

This qualification is for learners who are 16 and over. The Level 4 Diplomas build upon the subjects covered in the Foundation Diploma and give more extensive coverage of business management knowledge and understanding. You will expand your knowledge and skills by learning about entrepreneurship, quantitative methods, project management, and Human Resources.

Entry guidance and criteria

There are no formal entry requirements to study Level 4 Diplomas; however, the center should ensure that you have a reasonable expectation of success on the program by assessing your previous qualifications or related work experience. Hence, they are responsible for using their professional and academic judgment when deciding which level you should enter the ABE program. To successfully study for an ABE qualification, you should have appropriate English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

• Cambridge ESOL Cambridge English First

• Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) 51

• Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
